Q: What segment of your operations has seen the greatest budget fluctuation over the last two years?
A: The area of my operation/budget that has seen the most fluctuation in the last two years has been the Windows servers and the total cost to support. We have grown from 300 servers to over 600 in this period of time. Along with the substantial hardware costs comes the software costs and the resources needed for support. New applications and technology have driven this demand as well as increased requirements for performance, aka business continuity and increased retention of data.
