Q: What part of your job takes up the biggest percentage of your time?
A: I spend most of my time facilitating communication among people with greatly varied and rapidly changing skill sets in the technology world. In this capacity, I serve as an interpreter, mediator and sometimes an expert. I need to keep up on many technologies from programming and including computer hardware. In this way, my role very much mirrors our product, IntelliContact, which helps businesses communicate with their customers to create relationships.
